We collect only what we need to answer your inquiry and understand how the site is used. We don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and analytics are hosted in the EU with form inputs masked. If you want anything corrected or deleted, email [email protected].
Contact form. When you send us a brief, we receive what you type: your name, company, email, phone, a description of your project, and the budget, project type, and timeline you select. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and delivered to our team.
Analytics. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, and anonymized session replays in which all form inputs are masked before anything leaves your browser. If you submit the contact form, we associate your analytics profile with the email you provided so we can follow up with context.
Direct channels. If you email us or book a call through Calendly, those services process the information you share there under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
We keep inquiry data for as long as it's needed to handle your request or maintain our business relationship. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you — email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
This policy covers the KneraFlow website. Our products — such as NeraCite, NeraScout, and MeetingMind — handle data under the agreement that accompanies each deployment. Many of them are built to run on your own hardware so your data never leaves your network; see the Security page for details.
